The space You will walk in Casa Fiorita from the main road in Chiesa Nuova from a locked gate and a flight of 29 steps (that is a great peculiarity because most of the houses in Positano have more then 100 stairs from the road level to the entrance). You will be fascinated from the wonderful entrance garden full of flowers and typical scented lemon trees. You will love to spend your time there enjoing the trees shadows. On the first floor there is a full equiped kitchen supplied of coffee, milk, tea, juices, marmelades, biscuits, bread, ham and sliced chees to prepare breackfast, a big table to enjoy meals together and a spacious living room furnished of a big, confortable sofa bed for two people, a flat screen TV, a stereo, a beautiful piano a desk, Air conditioning and a small but equiped bathroom with a toilet, a washbasin, a shower, hairdryer and courtesy set. From a short inside stairs you have access to the second floor organized for the two elegant bedrooms. The main bedroom is big and light, it has a double bed, armchair, air conditioning and a window on a wondeful sea view. The second bedroom has two twin beds, armchair, Air conditioning and also a window on the stunnig Positano sea view. The biggest bathroom is also placed on the second floor at the side of the two bedrooms. It has a toilet, a bidet, a big washbasin, a bathtub with shower, a hairdryer and courtesy set. There is also a confortable and big laudry equiped with a washmachine, a drying rack and an iron. Both rooms have acces by a hallway to a wonderfull balcony overlooking the stunning view on the typical Positano little houses and on the quite and blue Mediterranean sea. Sunrises from our balcony are unforgettable. Guest access We provide all you need to prepare on your own breakfast you prefer without stressful schedules. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious fridge a freezer, water and ice dispenser, filtered water on the sink, an oven, a toaster, a Moka for espresso, and an American coffee machine. We provide clean bed linen and towels at arrivals. Free WiFi available on both the floors, on the balcony, and in the garden. Daily cleaning on request for an extra charge. The villa doesn't provide the parking service, but if you arrive in your car, you can park in one of the private parking. For our guests, we have a special agreement with a local nearby garage. Other things to note In Positano is expected to pay a CITY TAX to be paid in cash at the arrival to the hosts. The amount is €2,50 per person per night, except under 10 years old guests, for each stay from April the 1st to October the 31st.
