Windmill Villa is a contemporary beachfront retreat located on the beautiful Kalives Beach in Sithonia, Halkidiki — literally just a few steps from the sea. In the lush garden area, guests can unwind by their private heated swimming pool. Set in a serene seaside landscape, the villa combines modern design, comfort, and privacy, offering an ideal setting for relaxing and memorable holidays. The space Windmill Villa can accommodate up to 12 guests (ideally 8-10 adults and 2-4 children), on three levels (ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor). It offers 4 double beds, 2 single beds and a sofa that transforms into 2 full size single beds. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned through wall-mounted split a/c units. The villa has 3 bathrooms, 2 WC, and a separate shower room. Two fully equipped kitchens are available for our guests to prepare their breakfast and meals. Its spacious interior is a total of 210 sq. meters and on its surrounding area, guests can enjoy a beautiful private 2300 m² landscaped garden, with olive trees, oleanders and numerous spots to relax with your family and friends. A private, heated pool of 42m² is available for our guests in the garden area. A barbeque facility is provided in the premises, for guests to prepare and enjoy their grilled meat or fish. Free linen change and house cleaning after every 4 nights. Free fast Wi-Fi internet connection is provided throughout the villa. Other things to note Dear guests, please note that the Climate Crisis Resilience Tax is not included in the price.
