Property Details: A well-thought-out 50 m² apartment on the 1st floor (no lift — please keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage or mobility considerations). Living & dining area: A comfortable, flexible space with a double sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV and a dining table — works equally well as a lounge, workspace or extra sleeping area for up to 2 additional guests. Bedroom: Street-facing with a queen-size bed and a superior-quality mattress. Professionally laundered sheets, pillowcases, comforters and bath towels are provided for every guest. Kitchen: Fully equipped for a proper stay: DeLonghi drip coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, full-size fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a complete set of cookware, dishes and utensils. Everything you need to cook or just make a good morning coffee. Bathroom: One bathroom accessible from the hallway with a shower/bathtub, toilet and sink. Stocked with a hair dryer, shampoo, shower gel, hand soap and toilet rolls. Extras: Washer-dryer combination, iron and ironing board, vacuum, mop and broom. Portable fans available on request. Central heating throughout winter. No air conditioning. Important Information and Policies - Please inquire for more information about the cancellation policy. - Check-in starts from 3:00PM. Late check-in fees may apply after 7:00PM (see below). - Check-out is by 10:00AM. - Valid government-issued photo ID may be required after booking for all guests staying at the property before check-in. - Damage deposit of £800 is required before arrival. The deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. - Strictly NON-smoking. - Pets Allowed (fees apply). - The apartment is NOT suitable for parties, events and photoshoots and the maximum number of guests should never exceed 4 people. - Please note a noise monitoring device is installed at the property entrance for extra security and to ensure the peace of the property. This device is not located in any sleeping area or bathroom. Guest access You have full private access to the entire apartment for the duration of your stay — bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area and fast Wi-Fi. We'll also share our favourite local restaurants, cafes and things to do nearby. Other things to note A baby bed can be provided upon request for an additional fee of £50 for your stay. A baby chair can be provided for £50. Both can be provided for £70. Please inquire once your reservation is confirmed. Wi-Fi may occasionally be unstable due to connectivity issues affecting the entire area or due to the service provider. *The property may vary slightly from the photos due to recent renovations, furniture rearrangements or other. This will be indicated in the description or photos when possible. *In the instance that you you will NOT be doing a self check-in and a member of our Welcoming Team must meet you to provide the keys: if you arrive between 7:00PM and 10:00PM there will be a £50 late check-in fee. After 10:00PM there will be a £90 check-in fee. Kindly give notice via SMS or email if you will be delayed and unable to check in at your pre-arranged time. Our Welcoming Assistant will wait for you at the meeting point. Management reserves the right to enter the property for purposes of inspection, maintenance, cleaning, or to show the unit to potential tenants. The Guest must allow Management or their representative (including workmen), with reasonable notice, access to the property at any reasonable time during their stay (except in an emergency or if a problem needs sorting out quickly and they cannot be contacted. In these urgent situations, Management can enter the property without giving prior notice). The Management has the additional right to conduct viewings of the property between the hours of 8:00 and 19:00. If any personal items are left behind, we will do our best to assist with their return or arrange a pick-up, but any associated costs or service fees will be the guest’s responsibility.
