Other things to note TOTALLY PRIVATE AND VERY PEACEFULL Security Deposit: there is a security deposit of or €500 by cheque directly to the house owner on your arrival. Please check with your insurance company that you are covered for accidental damage (this is standard in France). The security deposit will be refunded within 3 days of departure. ***We ask you not to charge electric vehicules on the electric plugs on the property.
