The space "Le Terrazze" is located in Piano di Mommio in the municipality of Massarosa, famous for its beautiful natural environment and for the historical importance of the Roman era as it showed traces of the ancient Roman baths of Massaciuccoli. The property is made up of two adjacent and appropriately separated units to make them independent. The owners live in one of the units. The rental unit has a surface area of ​​approximately 120 m2 and has two covered patios and an outdoor terrace, ideal as a solarium. Non-exclusive external parking and internal parking with (for 2 cars) access gate (not automatic). The entrance to the car park is shared with the owners, as is the back garden, whose size however allows it to be used in peace. Access by the owners is for maintenance of the greenery. The single-storey unit has a flowered patio with lounge area, furnished with sofa and coffee table, which gives access to a large and bright living room with sea view and large relaxation/TV area, furnished with two chairs and a large sofa, a beautiful fireplace (decorative use) and a dining area with wooden table for 6/8 people. A corridor connects the living room with two large bedrooms, a double bed (160x190) and a twin bedroom (80x190) (double bed on request) and a bathroom with double sink, shower and toilet. In the corridor between the living room and the kitchen, a third room has a double function as a study / bedroom with a single bed and a sliding door that gives the necessary privacy. The kitchen, complete with accessories (oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc.), has a dining table with seating for 4/6 people and access to a large outdoor patio and terrace. On the patio there is a table for outdoor dining and a barbecue area, while the outdoor terrace, equipped with chairs, sofa and coffee table, is the ideal area for relaxing in the sun. MOSQUITOES - INSECTS: Despite regular pest control, being in the countryside, we cannot avoid the presence of mosquitoes, grills and other insects. To minimize the problem, please keep the door closed as much as possible, especially in the evening, and use repellent products.
