One of only seven cottages on the Quay, it is a 2 bedroom 16th century Grade 2 listed cottage over two floors that has been totally modernised throughout and furnished to the highest standards. The space The Old Customs House comfortably sleeps 4 with a luxury, modern walk in wet room shower. It has a washer dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, oven, hob and all the comforts of a 5* hotel with a large TV in the lounge, with DVD player, and TVs in both bedrooms. It is perfect for families or cosy for friends. Mudeford Quay is a working quay leading on to the sandy Avon Beach and just across the run from Hengistbury Head, it is the perfect spot for those who love the water, beach or partake in the many watersports available in the harbour. The Old Customs House has it's own safe picket post fenced patio area with outdoor seating and views over to Hengistbury Head. A white picket post fence surrounds a patio that runs the length of the cottage. Why not eat alfresco and watch the sun set over the harbour? The cottage has one parking permit allowing you to park right outside the property. If you have more than one vehicle then extra parking could not be easier with a large public car park within a very short walk of the cottage.
