Discounted Price-Amazing Little Cottage for many Reasons

This charming cottage is located in a perfect spot just 2 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood beach access can be seen directly from the driveway. The cottage is in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Nags Head and is priced lower than most cottages in the area! It is great for a family of 6 or less. You will experience an attractive, comfortable living area adjacent to an updated kitchen that includes an island with barstools, white cabinetry and modern appliances. The interior is decorated with a classic beach feel and all of the comforts of home. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen beds and a third with two twin beds. The house has one and a half baths. All bedrooms and baths include linens. Enjoy central HVAC, cable, internet and an open space concept for a fun time with family and friends. The exterior includes a screened in front porch with rockers for morning coffee and a back deck with anorandaks and table for eating. For those rainy days a covered area under the house with a porch swing is perfect for gathering and hanging out. Included in this space is an enclosed outdoor shower that is an all time favorite after spending a day at the beach. The washer and dryer are located in a room under the house along with a gas grill and two bikes. The details in this cottage are well thought out and provided. The central location of the cottage is perfect with a grocery store, specialty coffee and ice cream shops, putt putt, fishing pier and restaurants within a short walk or bike ride. There is a bike/running path along the 35 mph beach road. We rent Sunday to Sunday in the summer months. We have a 3 night minimum for holiday weekends. Check house rules for renting to young adults. We do have a cleaning service however we ask that you tidy up before leaving by emptying the dishwasher, wiping the counters, cleaning out the fridge of all leftovers. stripping the beds and placing the sheets and towels on the floor of each room. Feel free to leave condiments and other staples for the next renter. We have raised our three boys making memories in this cottage and hope you will do the same with your family.
