A single family home in a quiet and well established, old Northwest Reno neighborhood. The gourmet kitchen is well stocked and spacious. High speed internet is appreciated with the 70" flat screen tv centrally located in the main living space. Magnificent views of Northern Nevada and Peavine Peak are enjoyed from the entire back side. The space The property has everything you need to work or relax year round. This is a four bedroom home with two full bathrooms, although the ensuite master bath is on the small side. The backyard highlights magnificent views of Peavine Mountain range. Stepping out of all rooms on the backside of the house to a fully furnished backyard. Complete with a firepit, seasoned wood, BBQ, dining table and two separate seating areas. The master bedroom has a beautiful Asian inspired wallpaper, queen size bed and soothing colors. This queen mattress is a Bamboo Eurotop which combines the plushness of topside foams with the firm support of pocket coils under a bamboo fiber cover. Bamboo fibers are naturally anti-microbial adding loft and making your sleeping experience more comfortable. A very large closet, luggage rack, hangers and extra blankets provide all the storage you could temporarily need. This room has blackout shades and the bed is flanked by two wireless phone charging stations. Attached to the master bedroom is its own ensuite bathroom, small, but nicely appointed. It contains extra towels and a shower dispenser containing shampoo, rinse and hypoallergenic body wash. Also, a hairdryer and black makeup towel. This bedroom features its own sliding glass door onto a deck which contains seating for two showcasing views of Peavine Peak. The first bedroom has a queen size bed as well, plush mattress and fresh crisp linens and a black out shade. It too contains a small closet, hangers and an extra blanket. Views of Peavine Peak can be seen through its own sliding glass door out onto the patio. There you will find its own large comfortable outdoor chairs and cushions. The hall bathroom is fully outfitted with both a shower and tub to include extra fresh bath towels. It too contains a dispenser of shampoo, conditioner and hypoallergenic body wash. It too contains a hair dryer and black makeup towel. The third bedroom, at the front of the property receives the first morning light as it faces east and has a blackout shade. With a light mauve board and batten accent wall this double size bed stands out as the focal part of the room. Along with a large closet, extra blankets and plenty of storage. Next to it is the fourth bedroom complete with a queen size bed, full closet, hangers and a black out shade as well. Next to it is the fourth bedroom with a very light and airy color schedule, focal wall paper with graphic design and its queen size bed as a pillow top mattress along with a black out shade. The kitchen is quite spacious and a dream to cook in. It is centrally located so interacting with guests is natural. It contains all the necessary appliances; to include an Insta-pot, rice maker, air-fryer and all manner of pots and pans, along with a well stocked drawer of spices. The cupboards are filled with dishware and utensils to cover seating for 6-8 people. We have provided a toaster and coffee maker along with a large drawer filled with complementary coffee and teas. The dining room is an extension of the kitchen with views of the mountains and seating for 6. The dining table can double as an ideal work station. Power plugs are within reach along with an small work desk and Epson printer. With easy access to the kitchen and views of the mountains working from this space is quite comfortable. This room also contains a fireplace (decorative) with access to the washer and dryer right at your finger tips. All along the back side of the home; dining area and both bedrooms each have 6' sliding doors leading out to the backyard. Each room has comfortable chairs right outside it and the kitchen has a dining table for 6 immediately upon stepping out onto the patio. The kitchen contains an entire shelf of contemporary plastic dishware perfect for dining alfresco. While enjoying dinner on the patio you can light up a fire in the firepit. Starter material, fire starter and plenty of split logs are stacked and ready for use. After dusk its easy to flip a switch and turn on small string lights draped around the patio. Our property has both central heat, air conditioning which is easily controlled via a Nest device, plus smoke and carbon monoxide detectors in each room. Guest access The property has a wide 2 car driveway and 2 car garage. The garage can be accessed with an automatic garage door opener, which is available upon entering the property. Other things to note Backyard has recently been refurbished with an elevated paver patio. Ground and planter lighting system has been added along with a custom planter box. A variety of settings are provided to enjoy the views of Peavine Mountain range. Included in your stay is a smokeless fire pit with seasoned wood and Adirondack chairs to relax by. For those who like to BBQ, a BBQ is available immediately out the kitchen door.
