Middle River Beach House (East & West Houses)

Built in 2016 this dual winged beach house is perfect for up to 3 families looking for a beachside escape. Middle River Beach House consists of 6 bedrooms (2 queen beds & 2x single bunks in the East house and 2 queen beds & a trio bunk (single over double, plus single trundle) in the West house) with 2x large open plan kitchen, lounge and dining rooms. The East and West houses are connected by a common laundry. MRBH is only a short 5 minute walk to Snelling's Beach. The space Snellings Beach is located on the North Coast, protected from the savage Southern Ocean. For this reason its is a favourite destination for locals as a family friendly beach (low swell & protected from Southerly winds) and for recreational fishing. There is only limited accommodation around Snellings Beach, so it is not uncommon to have the beach all to yourself during much of the year. Keen fisherman can launch a dinghy from the beach (nearby Stokes Bay has a boat ramp) or take the kids to the river mouth hunting for small Bream and Tommy Ruff. Expect to see Kangaroos, Wallaby's and Possums around the property at dawn and dusk. Guest access MRBH guests have access to the full 2 Ha property. Other things to note You will need to book a ferry via Sealink or fly over via Regional Express and hire a car from Kingscote airport.
