Immense three floors villa with different indoor styles to satisfy any taste, just outside the cute village of Trecastagni. Exceptionally bright livings combine effortlessly with amazing outdoor spaces such as two stunningly panoramic terraces, a nice shady garden from where to enjoy a splendid view of the volcano Etna and a stylish palette-shape pool, ideal for adults as much as for children, and open all year round. The space The villa can comfortably host up to twenty people while ensuring everyone's privacy and everywhere WiFi. The ground floor of the villa consists of two apartments connected together by a huge living room that leads to the pool. Both apartments have each three bedrooms, a living room with access to the pool, two bathrooms and very well-equipped kitchens with dishwasher meant for the primary cooking (the villa has other 2 more kitchens). On this floor there is also a 5th bathroom. You can access the first floor from either an internal staircase or an external one. It will open in front of your eyes like a huge cosy space with several wooden features, a fireplace and access to a poolroom and to the panoramic terrace that continue all around the villa. On this floor you also find 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and a basic kitchen with access to the terrace. On the second and last floor you’ll have an open kitchen with access to a second terrace, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a comfortable living room. In Villa del Cavaliere Grillo you will have plenty of space to relax and eat together inside and outside. With regard to the pool, the longest part of the pool is 18 m, while the largest part is 8 m. The smaller side of the pool is 80 cm deep therefore it is perfect for children. The rest of the pool goes from 1.20 m to 1.80 m deep.
