A recently renovated cottage, consisting of two independent levels, with dining & bbq area and a lush olive tree surrounding is the scene for an unforgettable vacation in the most polymorphic island of the Cyclades. The space Olea Cottage, a recently renovated two store dwelling, is situated on a fertile slope full of olive trees and enjoys uninterrupted sea and sunset views. The beautiful natural surroundings and the close proximity to some of the main tourist spots like Batsi and to most of the nicest sandy beaches, make Olea Cottage the perfect base from which to explore the island of Andros. Constructed exclusively with local rock, the house is perfectly integrated in the Mediterranean landscape and covers a total area of 110 s.m. in two independent floors, suitable for up to eight guests. The upper lever features a dining area and a country style kitchen, a spacious sitting area with a traditional fireplace, a double bed bedroom and a bathroom. The two built in couches in the sitting are designed to serve also as single beds. The dining area opens up to a stone tiled shaded veranda which is the perfect spot for rest and relaxation during all hours of the day or night. The independent lower level is accessible through an exterior staircase and encompasses two comfortable double bed bedrooms and a bathroom. A lower level front porch constitutes the ideal setting for guests to marvel at the panoramic sea vistas. Without a doubt, the coolest place of the house is the dining and barbeque area. An impressive eight seater dining table made of stone under the thick shade of perennial olive trees next to a stone-built BBQ and oven will become the focal point of your holidays. Accompanied by the mesmerizing smells of nature and the taste of Ouzo you can dine al fresco, enjoying the panoramic sea views.
