The property accommodates 12 adults (+1/2 babies) with 2 living rooms, 1 dining room, 1 kitchen, 5 bedrooms (1 PRM), and 5 bathrooms. Enjoy a heated pool (April–September), an orangery with a second kitchen (fridge, utensils, dishwasher), BBQ, toilets, and shower, plus a games room with Ping-Pong and foosball. Other things to note The first traces of the château date back to the 12th century. The du Bellay and Hautefort families (including Marie, who was the platonic mistress of Louis XIII, as well as a lady-in-waiting and confidant of Queen Anne of Austria, and who was exiled by Richelieu to the château) once lived here. After the Revolution, the Marquis de La Roche Bousseau renovated the château, adding decorations in the style of Viollet-le-Duc. Since then, the château has remained in the owners' family.
