The property layout spans 4 floors and includes a quirky shop lobby,spacious kitchen/diner with adjoining TV room,Champagne Bar,Billiards room,Mezzanine Parlour and Roof Terrace overlooking the river. We can comfortably accommodate 7 guests in 3 Bedrooms. WiFi/Smart TV/Bluetooth speakers throughout. Private secure parking space for 1 car situated across the bridge-1 minute away from property. The space Rooms are filled with antique furniture and take much of their inspiration from the Gilded age, Mid-Victorian and Belle Époque eras. Guest access Private main door street access to the Townhouse. You are situated in the centre of Cork city - Walking distance to all amenities, shopping district, visitor attractions, theatres, restaurants and bars. Private secure parking space for 1 car ONLY situated across the bridge - 1 minute away from property. Other things to note * Children are welcome but due to open stairway, spiral stair, terrace and collection of antiques we ask that they be 8 years old plus. * The single bed in the triple bedroom is slightly shorter than standard at 180 cm (6foot). * We are a main door private residence with no manned reception/office so unfortunately we cannot offer secure luggage storage facilities. *Please check our amenities list… We are a self-catering holiday rental and only offer the essential items. No Shower gel/Shampoo/Conditioner are available. There are numerous chemists/supermarkets on our doorstep for your convenience.
