The space Located on the lower level of a two storey home, you have your own private entrance which leads into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and another with a Queen and Single. The bathroom and laundry area are modern and clean with all new appliances and fittings. Upstairs is used occasionally by the owners as a private holiday home. • Bedroom 1: 1 Queen Bed • Bedroom 2: 1 Queen Bed and 1 Single Bed Other things to note • This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people. • Linen is included in your stay. • We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted. • The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. • For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. • It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed. • All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. • A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal. • All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.
