There are: a private access to the sea, the swimming pool and to the free beach of the "Prunini" by a short path. You will be able to meet owners on site, to discover the island and for any need. The space The property is located within the Tuscan Archipelago National Park, with wild Mediterranean scrub, pines, holm oaks and other local trees. The land develops on a stretch of steep coastline, characterized by numerous terraces crossed by driveways and staircases. Cars are parked in the property at about 150 m from the house, which is reached by the above-mentioned staircases. The house is divided into two apartments (called EST, the one in the subject of this announcement and OVEST). The apartment is fully furnished and equipped, and disposed as follows: entrance, kitchen, bathroom with shower / bathtub and sleeping area with a double sofa bed and a single bed (with second pull-out bed), and mezzanine with a double bed and a single bed. The roof is high, with exposed wooden beams; terracotta pavement. The apartment is decorated with traditional objects and original paintings. There is a general feeling of airiness and serenity. There are two common areas: a terrace by the sea, with sand, deck chairs and sun loungers, with access to the shore, and the large swimming pool.
