Rural house Ribereta de Lloberola, is located in the Solsonès region, Lleida. Our house, restored in 2015, has 14 places distributed in double, triple and quadruple rooms. Each room has its own bathroom. We also have an incredible multipurpose room of about 70 m2 with its toilet. A large garden with swimming pool, beach bar, playground, petanque field, barbecue and more! The house is located on a 160-hectare family farm surrounded by fields and forests. The space Casa Rural La Ribereta, located in the municipality of Biosca, part of Lloberola, sits on a 160-hectare family estate. Our country house is surrounded by pine, oak, and holm oak forests, as well as cultivated fields. Its secluded location allows you to enjoy tranquility and peace in the natural surroundings. The house has five fully equipped and independent suite bedrooms: two double rooms, two triple rooms, and one quadruple room. Each room has its own bathroom. There is also a multipurpose room of approximately 70 square meters with a toilet. Outside, there is a fantastic 1.7-meter-deep swimming pool with a 30-centimeter-deep shallow area for small children. They can also enjoy a children's playground located right next to the barbecue area, allowing you to keep a close eye on them. Bed linens and towels are included. The mattresses and pillows are made of soft, breathable, and hypoallergenic viscoelastic material with a medium firmness. One of the bathrooms also features a clawfoot bathtub where you can relax. You can prepare your meals in our 23m² rustic kitchen, fully equipped so you can enjoy cooking just like at home. Afterward, you can savor your meals in a spacious living room bathed in natural light, with a large table perfect for sharing and a cozy sofa area where you can relax by the warmth of the fireplace. There's also a television for those moments of rest after a day of adventures. Take a dip in our fantastic 10x4m swimming pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun. For the little ones, we've created a special shallow area just 30cm deep, ideal for safe play. We designed the pool so that you can enjoy unobstructed, clear views from inside. It faces south, where it receives the most sunlight during the day. Right next door you'll find our children's playground, where kids can have fun while you enjoy the barbecue area. Everything is designed so you can easily keep an eye on them and share unforgettable moments with your family. Other things to note The house is rented for a minimum of 2 nights. The house has a total capacity of 14 people. It is possible to rent another cottage for an additional 8 people.
