Available 23.12.2023 to 30.12.2023 Chalet 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, stunning views. Attention rental per week from Saturday to Saturday! The chalet 'Le Colinet' welcomes you for a holiday in complete relaxation. Located in a quiet location with stunning views of the Bernese Alps. Beautiful garden, parking. The chalet is also rented via other means (internets, direct contacts, ...) we strive to synchronize the agendas as best as possible. Prices depending on the season 100 CHF indicative. The space Originally from Belgium, we bought the chalet in 2006 ... and took advantage of it. In 2009 we were taken by the Valais virus and decided to settle in this beautiful region. As the cottage was less busy we decided to make it 'live' via the rentals. As it was a second residence, the equipment is complete. Mission first provide all full of happiness to the tenants!!! It’s up to you to try!!! We live 20 minutes away and are available to make your stay enjoyable. NB: following the remark of a tenant we: -we replaced the frying pans that had been damaged during the winter. -let’s carefully check the state of the dishes before each arrival. -LET’S KEEP THE ESSENTIALS IN THE KITCHEN (salt, sugar, flour, dough, jars of tomato sauce, spices, ...). If something is missing please report it or ... replace it. If an item is past the date, please throw it away. There’s a SodaStream machine and three bottles. CO2 capsules should be replaced (CHF 9 at Aldi for example, cheaper and less bulky than bottles) Guest access The cottage is accessible both summer and winter by road, the road is local traffic. You are the only occupants. Parking is for 2 - 3 cars. The garage is accessible for storage and bicycles, skis, .. Access to the chalet is via a descending staircase. There is a double ramp. For access, we send a code: -no stress on arrival time. -you can schedule a visit before entering the cottage. -the detailed access plan is available on the personal website. -please send a text message to report your arrival, this reassures us. -please share your mobile number AND know ours. -neighbours are available for possible assistance. Other things to note The cottage is intended for family tenants, to spend pleasant moments in peace. We charge CHF 10 for bed sheets/ person. In case of long stay, we offer replacement sheets according to the rental price. You can bring your sheets. (160 // 140 // 90 // 90// 90//90) Final cleaning requires 4 hours, charged at CHF30 per hour = CHF 120. You can of course carry out the cleaning yourself.
