The space KI Star Beach House is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a fully equipped modern kitchen, dining, living room and writers desk. Huge Caesar Stone island bench in kitchen overlooking the ocean. Across the front of the whole length of the house are floor to ceiling windows capturing the 180 degree views of Island Beach. The living room has 2 large leather lounges, a flat screen plasma TV and 2 single lounges. Dining room for 8 people and deck chairs for outside dining if you choose. Next to the dining room is a library of books and magazines, games and an extra sideboard of good crockery and glassware for special occasions. The large deck accommodates an 8 seater outoor table with market umbrella overlooking the ocean. Situated on a corner facing the ocean and DeCoudie Dr. with Penguin St. on the West and Borda Road the back boundary where the entrance to the car park is. We are located approximately 12 minutes drive from where the Ferry lands in the small seaside town of Penneshaw and 30 minutes from Kingscote airport. The shallow clean waters provides very safe swimming for kids, kayaks and wading out for fishing. Island beach is only 15 minutes drive from Penneshaw for cafes, shops and the Sealink Ferry Terminal. BOOKING NOTE: please be aware that rates are based on 'twin share' (couples rate) and children sharing the bunk room. 2 adults - Master Bedroom no extra fee. If you prefer separate bedrooms for each guest there will be a $50 linen charge. This includes children who prefer separate bedrooms. This will be charged after booking ONLY if required, pending your preferences.
