NO CHILDREN (aged 1 to 10 years)! I offer you my beautiful, centrally located, absolutely quiet, comfortable and modern 4 room apartment with 2 bathrooms (incl. 2 toilets) on the ground floor. The apartment is lovingly furnished and fully equipped, centrally located (10 meters to the next tram stop and 1/4h to the main station) & in the heart of Bogenhausen - the most noble district of Munich - very close to the Isar river, between Chinese tower and Friedensengel. The space The apartment is situated on the ground floor and the windows are directed to the green, quiet and large inner courtyard. There are only two steps between the house entrance and the apartment door. The apartment has a large living room with 60 inch TV, 2 large leather sofas (can also be used as a comfortable sofa bed with slatted frame) and a dining table for up to 8 persons. It has also 3 bedrooms (2x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds), a kitchenette (fully equipped with crockery, cooking utensils, induction hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and washing machine), as well as 2 bathrooms, each with WC. Of course there is also a high-speed WLAN internet access available and in the kitchen you will find freshly ground coffee and a selection of different teas. Here you can feel at home right from the start. Guest access My guests have the whole apartment at their disposal. They get the apartment keys and only they stay in the apartment. I don't use the apartment for private purposes. It serves exclusively as a holiday apartment.
