Located in a recently renovated building from an environmental point of view, i.e. hot water and heating are generated by a heat pump. Electricity is supplied by photovoltaic panels installed on the roof of the building. The apartment is comfortable, furnished in a modern style, located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house overlooking the road that leads to Valle Verzasca. Taking advantage of the terrace you can enjoy a beautiful view of Lake Maggiore. The space Ai Ronchi Apartment is ideal for those who want to spend a stay as a couple or as a family with small children, it has a large double bedroom illuminated by natural light, a double bed (160x200 cm) and a large wardrobe. Sofa convertible into a bed (140x200 cm), present in the living room. Also available is a cot for small children (size 60 x 120 cm, max. weight 15 kg). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people (+ 1 small child). Next to the living room there is a large kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, Nespresso capsule coffee machine and Melita coffee machine, kettle, hot air oven, electric stove with 4 plates and dishwasher. Dining room with living room table, living room with sofa bed, television and wood-burning stove. Bathroom with toilet and shower. Terrace with beautiful views of Lake Maggiore, coffee table, chairs and umbrella. Gas grill available.
