The space Apartment 1.3 „ Gentle breeze “ In the Margarete residence, a 70 sqm large, very comfortable and tastefully furnished 3-room apartment on the ground floor awaits you in a quiet location. From the entrance area you enter the luxurious and very comfortably equipped living area, which invites you to linger after an eventful day with a couch combination with a sofa and a relaxing chair, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player and a mini compact stereo system.  The harmoniously integrated kitchenette in the living area with a fridge with freezer, glass ceramic hob,  oven with circulating air function, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, hand mixer, egg cooker and various small inventory as well as a dining table with 4 chairs allow you to start your day comfortably with coffee/tea and rolls. The baker is only about 5 minutes walk away! The large bedroom is equipped with a double bed, a large wardrobe for your wardrobe and a flat-screen TV. The smaller bedroom also has a double bed and a 3-door wardrobe. The beds are allergy friendly. The apartment is equipped with 2 bathrooms: a modern bathroom with shower and another bathroom with shower and a  bathtub. A beautiful 8.4 sqm terrace facing north-west with a small, sheltered garden invites you to spend pleasant hours with a comfortable beach chair and terrace furniture. The non-smoking apartment is partly equipped with parquet flooring and underfloor heating, which is individually adjustable in each room. So you can also spend a comfortable holiday in Binz in the cool season. An Internet connection via W-LAN is available to you.          Your car parking space is located in the underground car park, from where you can comfortably reach the apartment by elevator. A storage room for bicycles is also available. On the ground floor of the house there is a communal sauna with relaxation room, which you can use for a fee. Around the residence are shops, restaurants and the beautiful bath style villas in the immediate vicinity. In the basement of the house you will find a sauna, washing machine and dryer for Charge available. There is also an open storage area for bicycles. Each apartment has an underground parking space.
