Comfortable & Cosy fully equipped Holiday Cottage (vintage and beach theme). Ideal for workers or those wanting to relax. Prince Philip Hospital approx 9 min drive. Good base for and exploring the South Welsh coast. Very close to shops, takeaways, pubs. 5 mins drive to the beach. Near to railway/bus station. Situated near to Machynss Golf club/spa/Parc Trostre. Easy parking outside. Large TV. Free Wi fi. Attractive yard/garden area. Dogs welcome. Pet fee £40 per stay - extra pets £15 each. The space The entire house has a beach/harbour and vintage theme. There is a downstairs bathroom (with shower overhead), toilet, kitchen and large lounge to relax with a large screenTV, dining and workspace area. Free Wi Fi. There are 2 double bedrooms with double beds upstairs - Vintage and Harbour room. One bedroom has small TV. Stairs are cottage type and narrow, but there is a banister rail going down the stairs. There is a single floor mattress in the harbour room, or a put up bed downstairs in the lounge on request to accommodate if more guests staying. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric double over and gas hob, toaster, fridge freezer, washing machine with dryer, microwave, cutlery and crockery etc. Duvets/pillows provided as well as bed linen and towels. There is an attractive outside yard and garden area where on warmer months pleasant to sit outside with a glass of wine! Night light too in the yard area. Check-in times are 4pm onwards and check-out at 11 am. But this can be flexible if no other guests arriving same day. Its a place of home from home which is comfortable, user friendly, and cosy. There is on road parking just outside the house, or opposite by the garages. Bicycles can be kept in the yard outside the back of the property. Please note the access code changes from time to time, so please see the code in your welcome letter sent by email when you book. Easy access to M4 motorway. Other things to note In a good location very close to shops, restaurants, takeaways, and 15-20 minutes walk to the beach or 5 mins drive away. Llanelli is off the M4 and if travelling by car other as other areas in on the South Welsh coast can be explored. Near to train station (approx 7 to 8 mins walk), and public transport.
