FEATURES OF THE VILLA APARTMENT FOR GUESTS: The entire Ground level of the property is for Guests private, personal use, which is a FULLY self-contained, 3 bedroom family living space. With a Private Guest entry and dedicated Guest parking, this is reflected in the classification by Airbnb of the Villa apartment as “Entire Home”. This includes the following: In the Front, river-facing, section of the Ground level: -Huge Master LOUNGE Room (35m2) with couches seating 6 people, looking out onto the River -Adjoining 10-seat Formal DINING area overlooking the River -Breakfast BAR with River views -Monster sized, fully-equipped gourmet KITCHEN -Full-size separate FRIDGE & seperate Freezer -Walk-in PANTRY -Laundry with WASHING Machine When you are back from the beach or river, a large LCD TV awaits, offering on-demand content via Chromecast. PLUS: In the Rear section of the Ground level - in a very quiet space: -Master Bedroom with Queen Bed & 3-door Built in Robe -2nd Bedroom with Queen Bed & Baby Cot -3rd Bedroom with Double Bed. -Bathroom with vanity, shower & bath, & -Seperate, private WC/Toilet Room with hand-basin. The 3rd Bedroom has been remodelled so it can be opened up to embrace the river views! This bedroom particularly suits children. The KITCHEN is fabulous and huge - a chef’s delight! Includes: gas hotplate, electric oven, twin-set fridge & seperate freezer, island bench, walk-in pantry & dishwasher. A washing machine is in the adjacent laundry. Large gas hot water tank also, so long showers are all ok! OUTDOOR LIVING: Guests also have direct access to the HUGE BALCONY on the 1st Floor (1 level above the Ground Floor) directly overlooking the River - 11m wide, 3m high, offering totally unobstructed River views. Outdoor TABLES & CHAIRS are ready on the Balcony approx 20m above the River itself - the feeling is amazing being so high, yet private! The Balcony can be accessed directly from the kitchen – so indoor/outdoor living is super easy. Apart from the massive balcony, there are also 2 separate outdoor courtyards that both flow indoors/outdoors via bi-fold doors from the home’s main living areas. The large front main courtyard faces the river and includes an outdoor dining setting for 8 persons. The very private side courtyard with reclining couches faces north for the winter sun. Perfect for yoga sessions! LOCALITY: In a private cul-de-sac with almost no car traffic – just local residents. Small “Village” setting of only approx 40 properties in an exclusive enclave - all properties are similar, multiple-level private residences. Property is very SAFE & secure. All doors/windows key-bolted. Security film to glass at ground level. Private access via gates with a secure Boundary Wall around the entire property. Super quiet, super peaceful – add on to this the River setting, & its feels like you are in Margaret River, WA - or on the Mediterranean Coast! ACCESS: You really DON’T need a car! 3 minute Uber to the heart of FREMANTLE & the Shopping, Entertainment & Café Strip there, -or also the same time to COTTESLOE Beach & all its activities. 2 minute walk to regular “circle-route” BUS Stop on Stirling Hwy. 5 minute walk to North Fremantle TRAIN Station – direct to PERTH CBD in 20 minutes, or to the heart of Fremantle in 2 minutes, as just 1-stop. PERSONAL: Do see my personal reviews - over 200 reviews in total. Perhaps it's better to read my reviews there..... than for me to talk about myself here! My Partner & I live "part-time" on the 3rd (top) level of the property. We have another personal residence in Perth where we mostly spend our time. When we are in the Fremantle property, we are 2 levels above Guests who are on the Ground level apartment, thus providing genuine privacy for Guests. The middle (1st floor) level acts as a “buffer zone”. The Guest apartment on the ground floor is fully closed off to the levels above providing total privacy for guests. There are also professional quality sound barriers between the levels to provide for homely comfort. Guests have their own separate, private entrance to the property, and with dedicated Guest parking, there is absolutely NO intrusion on Guests. For complete clarity, they will only ever be the one guest group in the home. Confirming that there are NO shared common areas inside the home and that Guest’s facilities in the ground floor apartment are private and complete, making for a fully self-contained “home-stay”, with private entry and private parking. This is reflected in Airbnb’s classification of the Villa apartment home-stay as “Entire Home”. The property environment is very private & super relaxed, given the location.
