The property is very well located, in a central but quiet area, surrounded by numerous shops, a variety of restaurants, and all the comforts and services of a traditional neighborhood. You can walk to Plaça Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia in just 5 minutes, as well as to other places of interest, and it has good metro and bus connections. The nearby metro stations are Urquinaona, Catalunya and Passeig de Gràcia. The property has parking for vehicles, subject to availability and available for an additional fee. We do not have a 24-hour front desk, but for any emergency, you can contact us at any time at our phone number. The space The building has an elevator to access the upper floors and has private parking, subject to availability, for an additional fee. In accordance with Article 4 of Royal Decree 933/2021, all persons staying in accommodation establishments located in Catalonia/Barcelona must register. To do so, we provide our guests with an application to register all guests before the day of their arrival. The tourist tax is not included in the price: €6.88 per adult per night. Please be advised that the City of Barcelona will increase the municipal taxes from €6.88 per person per night to €10.45 per person per night as of April 1, 2026.
