Privately located on the stunning Kiama Bends in NSW, Seaview Farm offers a picturesque private retreat just 1.5 hours south of Sydney. The Cottage is one of only a couple that has direct access to the Kiama to Gerringong walking track along the ocean. This beautifully renovated Australian country cottage sleeps 7 guests and comprises of 4 bedrooms The space The Cottage at Seaview Farm is a unique farm in the sea. The views are beautiful and the tranquility of the farm with green fields , fig tress and views from the house make it very special. It is the privacy of the property that also sets it apart. A place to create beautiful memories. Guest access Level path from the car park into the level house. We are happy for you to walk over the farm ( other than paddocks with cattle) Dogs not allowed near or in cattle paddocks- must be on leads gates are always closed The gardens is for you to enjoy the view or play games. Hot water is off peak - tank heats up over night. Enough for 7 guests and shorter showers for farm and water conservation. In winter a basket of fire wood for the open fire inside and Firewood for the fire pit is available Additional wood can be purchased from Kiama or Gerringing service station Other things to note And The Cottage at Seaview Farm is part of the Summerbell Escapes Properties which also includes The Farmhouse at Sea To Sky Farm and The Boat House, Gerroa At all the properties we are available to help for the duration of your stay.
