Independent and recently renovated barn, arranged on two floors. The apartment is part of Fattoria Il Leccio, a family-run farm, specializing in the production of organic extra virgin olive oil and typical local products. Nestled among the olive groves, the property is located on a hillside with a panoramic view of the cities of Fiesole and Florence. The swimming pool, shared with other visitors of the farm, is open from June 1 to September 30. The space The barn is arranged on two levels, with independent entrances: On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with a private bathroom, a living room, and a fully equipped kitchen that overlooks an exclusive terrace and a small garden. Upstairs, also accessible through a separate entrance, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, a private bathroom, and an exclusive garden. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The swimming pool, shared with other guests of the farm, is open from June 1 to September 30 (period subject to change depending on weather conditions). The two floors, each with a separate entrance, can be rented separately. Guest access The farmhouse is located on a hill, surrounded by olive groves, about 1 km from the village of Caldine, where a supermarket and other services are available, and the Fiesole-Caldine Station. To reach the property, you take a stretch of uphill country road about 1 km long. We recommend the use of a personal means of transport to ensure comfort and autonomy during your stay. Other things to note Lorenzo, a graduate in Agricultural Sciences, works on the farm every day, experimenting with innovative methods of organic farming, producing olive oil, olive pâté, various vegetables, fruit and saffron. Flavia, a musician, loves to take care of the development, planning and communication of the farmhouse. Her mother Sandra, a graduate in Political Science, dedicates her time to furnishing and caring for the apartments. Andrea, the father, a concert pianist and former conservatory teacher, divides his time between his love for music and his love for the countryside.
