The U MIO PAESE residence is composed of 14 apartments with swimming pool dedicated to summer rental, thus guaranteeing the quality of comfort and conditions of stay. Bordered by hills and maquis, ST FLORENT has retained its authenticity, still protected even in summer. We have therefore created comfortable, spacious apartments (46 m2) with quality amenities. Special attention has been paid to the amenities and decoration to make your stay as pleasant as possible A real recent and comfortable bedding in 160x200, the second bedroom is a cabin area with 90x190 bunk beds more particularly suitable for children and teenagers. The modern appliances, wifi in each apartment and air conditioning were appreciated by our vacationers and their opinions confirmed to us to our great satisfaction. The large, unsupervised pool, located at the foot of the apartments, allows you to relax on the pretty deckchairs while the children enjoy the water nearby. This apartment is ideal for holidays for families or couples. Other things to note 'establish an official contract for each rental. As a registered tourist rental company, I offer two 3-star apartments. Cleaning is extra (€50) and offered for any two-week stay. Linens (sheets and towels) are included in the price. Pool towels are available at extra cost. Pets are allowed only after prior agreement from the owner. They must be kept on a leash in the residence, not relieve themselves in the common areas, and access to the pool area is prohibited. Excrement must of course be collected. The animal must not disturb the tranquility of other residents (barking, nuisances, etc.). The TV only receives French channels. Stays are from Saturday to Saturday.
