The comfortable apartment “Ferienwohnung Rot”, part of the holiday lodge “Pfandlerhof”, is situated outside of the village St. Martin in the scenic Passeier Valley (Val Passiria), which is a perfect area for hiking, mountain biking or skiing holidays. The wheelchair-accessible apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed, a very well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) as well as one bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people. The nearest supermarkets, cafés and restaurants can all be found a 4-minute drive (2.5 km) away, in St. Martin. From the village you can drive to the “Stuller Wasserfälle”, some of Europe’s highest waterfalls in 20 minutes (16 km), and in winter, the nearest ski lifts can be reached in 30 minutes by car (21.5 km). The city of Merano, famous for its spa resorts, is located a 20-minute drive (15.5 km) away, while South Tyrol’s capital Bolzano is a 45-minute drive (46 km) from the apartment. Parking spaces are available on the property, and there is also a private garage. Pets are allowed for an extra fee. A breakfast basket and farm products are available upon request.
