The space 1 bedroom with a double 150 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 90 cm beds each, 2 bathrooms This beautiful two-story country house was built at the end of the 19th century and has recently been restored with great attention to detail. The original structure was largely preserved. It is comfortably furnished and offers enough space for 6 people. On the ground floor you will find the cozy living room with wood stove, the large kitchen with skylight and a dining room, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are two more bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub and the beautiful outdoor gallery. Other things to note The house has an independent outdoor space where you can relax, eat outdoors and prepare a succulent barbecue. Guests also have access to the entire estate where they can enjoy, depending on the season, all the beauty of the flowering or taste the plums, figs, oranges, lemons, medlars, chestnuts, of the fruit trees that are planted there. Nearby beaches where you can go for a swim: - Less than 30 minutes away: Los Charcones (Bañaderos - Arucas) - 40 minutes away: Las Canteras Beach, in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
