Ash Cottages at is one of just 3 Lakefront Holiday cottages at Long Barn Cottages in Callington. On site there is free fishing, indoor endless pool, hot tub & gym. They are situated in 4 delightful acres with country side & lake views. In the heart of the Tamar Valley near Callington. Ash Cottage has an enviable end of terrace situation with lake views and is right by the indoor pool A stunning contemporary 2 bedroom cottage fitted out to the highest standards with a large deck outside. The space Long Barn cottages shares this idyllic location with our Trehill cottages. The grounds include a games room, 2 fishing ponds, and play areas. The indoor pool, hot tub & gym are open year round for the exclusive use of Long Barn cottages guests. Mobility friendly cottages - Long Barn cottages have no steps and are all on one level, meaning they are suitable for the less mobile. Guest access Shared indoor pool complex, with endless pool (like a treadmill for swimmers), gym, hot tub . The indoor pool and gym are shared with just the two other Long Barn Cottages. The four acres of grounds, games room and 2 fishing ponds are shared with those two cottages and the four adjoining Trehill Cottages. Owing to severe staff allergies we are unable to accept bookings from guests with dogs or other furry animals. We hope you will respect this request. Games room - refurbished in 2021 with indoor and outdoor table tennis, Pool table, air hockey & table football. All free to use. Other things to note Fishing – please feel free to fish. You should bring your own gear and never leave equipment unattended. Remote/alarm fishing is not allowed. No keep nets. 1 rod per person. No boilies. You must bring your own gear as we do not supply fishing equipment. Essentials - we provide all listed "essentials" apart from cooking oil. You should find on arrival a pint of milk in the fridge. Tea, sugar, a packet of biscuits, washing up liquid & dishwasher tabs. If any of these are missing, please let us know
