Ambiente Cottage - Pet and Family Friendly.

Situated in the quiet Jacaranda lined streets of South Toowoomba, Ambiente Cottage has 2 bathrooms with capacity for 6 guests. You’ll be comforted by a fully functional kitchen & laundry, wifi, Netflix, BBQ, aircon throughout, 2 single beds, 2 queen beds & cot with linen supplied. The cottage is both pet and family friendly. Walking distance to shops, CBD and Base Hospital. Close proximity to Queen’s Park, Empire Theatre, Toowoomba City Golf Club, Gabbinbar Homestead and Preston Peak Winery. The space There is a fully functional kitchen equipped with; Nespresso coffee machine, cook books, electric mixer, baking equipment, microwave, dishwasher, plus pantry staples to get you going.... There are two Queen Size beds, and two single beds. All beds have new mattresses and bedding and are super comfortable. We also have a fully assembled cot, highchair and change mat available for use on request. For additional comfort the cottage boasts two bathrooms. The second, newly added bathroom has a level access shower for ease of use. The instant hot water system and great water pressure will ensure a fantastic shower. There is a laundry with a front loader washing machine, dryer, iron and board. There is one TV with Netflix, Blue Ray DVD and wifi to ensure the whole family is entertained! There is a reverse cycle air-conditioner in the lounge area & separate units in each of the bedrooms - keeping you cool in summer and nice and cosy in winter. Outside the garden is landscaped, with a BBQ, patio area & table and chairs. The cottage is fully fenced with access to the large double bay shed. Further off street parking for up to 2 more cars is available in the driveway. Park your car and walk. We are close to everything! We have a cot (not porta cot), change mat and high chair at the cottage and can provide you with details for baby sitter services if required. There are toys, games and books for all age children. Please let me know at the time of booking if you require the cot and highchair for your stay. Please note there is a minimum 2 night stay for the property on weekdays and 3 night minimum on weekends and peak periods. Discounted rates may be available to stays greater than 7 nights. All linen is supplied. We also supply a few pantry staples as well as fresh bread, milk & a few other goodies on arrival. Guest access All of the house is available for your sole use. There is ample on and off street parking and a large double lock up shed available for use. We encourage guests to park in the lock up sheds or inside the premise for maximum security and for avoidance of parking infringements. Other things to note ** Currently a 3-night minimum applies however shorter stays may be accommodated upon request** The cottage is cleaned by professional cleaners after each guest stay. We supply all linen. Please note: If you are travelling with pets we do kindly ask that they do not be left in the home unattended and that you pack their own bedding. Cleaning fee's may apply to any soiling of furniture or linen as a result of pets being allowed on the furniture and bedding. We can put you in touch with an experienced baby sitter & pet sitter if required during your stay.
