Southgate is located on the top of the cliffs leading to the renowned "Three Cliffs Bay" (just a fifteen minute walk). With a choice of coffee shops, restaurants, a golf club, and a convenience store with a fantastic ice cream counter there is everything you need on your doorstep. Number 27 Heatherslade Road is tucked away in a quiet road within walking distance of all amenities. The space *We offer 3 night breaks between November and the end of March. Allowing you to enjoy a full weekend or weekday break*. A family friendly home from home. Our games room has a table football that everyone will enjoy. We have a selection of games and puzzles and lots of reading material. In the lounge there is a TV with freeview, a DVD player with selection of DVD's. The kitchen\diner is large enough for everyone to fit in with patio doors opening onto the mainly grassed, fenced garden. As there is a downstairs bedroom and bathroom the house is suitable for anyone not able to climb the stairs. Number 27 is a dog friendly house but we do ask that you keep your dog in the kitchen area. **We accept 2 well behaved dog** We have provided a gate on the kitchen door for this purpose. This helps us keep the cleaning fee to a minimum and is fair for guests who do not have dogs. Thanking you in advance. Covid-19 To keep all of us safe we are asking guests to put all used bedding / bathroom towels etc in the bags provided in the utility room before departure. Empty bins, and recycle rubbish as guided - the recycling bags are kept outside in the brown chest. Guest access Access is via a keysafe - code will be sent to your before your stay. There is room on the drive for 3 cars (or 4 smaller ones). Please park off the road as residents on the opposite side tend to use the road for parking as they have small drives. The house is on the level although the doorways are quite narrow and therefore wheelchair access may be difficult. The front door has a lip/step at bottom but apart from that the downstairs bedroom and bathroom and living areas are accessible. There same lip/step is on the patio doors leading to the garden. Other things to note We provide all bed linen, bath towels and a hand towel in each bathroom. There are 2 tea towels in the kitchen and a welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk and welsh cakes. We have lots of buckets, spades, balls and beach mat in the garden chest. Please make use of them and make sure they are put back at the end of your holiday. Thank you.
