Upper Instow Beach Cottage is situated on Marine Parade on the seafront of the very popular North Devon coastal resort of Instow. The 3 bedroom first floor apartment, sleeps 5 people in a double , a twin and single bedroom. The apartment also accepts one dog and the lovely sandy beach opposite the apartment is dog friendly all year round. The apartment has amazing sea views and overlooks Instow beach and across the estuary to Appledore. The space The apartment has 3 bedrooms; a double with washbasin and built-in wardrobe, a twin with two wardrobes and a chest-of-drawers and washbasin and a single bedroom with lovely sea views. The main living room is bright and spacious with amazing sea views across the beach to Appledore. This room has a comfy sofa and armchairs and a door leading to a pretty terrace with uninterrupted views of the beach, there is a table and chairs for some alfresco dining. The kitchen has been recently modernised with pastel units and an electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster and kettle. Next to the kitchen is a handy pantry. Off the kitchen is a quirky dining room with a "Gothic" table and chairs and views over the garden. Finally the family bathroom is next to the double bedroom and has a bath with shower overhead, washbasin and WC. Downstairs the entrance hall can store bikes and boards and there is a handy tap in the garage outside floor cleaning sandy boards or muddy bikes and boots. Outside there is a pretty garden down from the terrace and a small garden area at the front of the house plus parking for two cars. Instow Beach Cottage is perfectly placed to enjoy the delights of North Devon from the miles of sandy beach at Westward Ho! and Saunton sands to name but two beaches to the miles of wild countryside on Exmoor.
