Built in 1900, it has its beautiful, original character – century-old wood, 10-foot ceilings & a unique architectural blueprint that doesn’t exists in modern builds. However, in 2021, it got a modern overhaul consisting of a totally renovated kitchen, bathrooms, HVAC & electric. It’s a modern home wrapped in a classical, 1900’s-style shell.
