A stunning open plan kitchen, living and dining area complete with a large dining table to seat up to 10 people is perfect for any group. A fully equipped kitchen including coffee machine, pantry and cooking/eating utensils allows you to enjoy a home away from home experience. A convenient powder room is also located on this floor. Gorgeous sliding doors open out this entire area onto a generous rear deck which overlooks the Goolwa South Lakes Golf Course. The expansive wrap around deck includes outdoor lounge and dining setting (seats 10) a BBQ and Weber and an outdoor kitchen. Perfect for entertaining. Pipers is close to beautiful coastline walkways and bikeways that extend from Goolwa to Port Elliot. The location is perfect to explore the Fleurieu, the beaches, the wineries and cafes. Upstairs: Bedroom 1: 1x King bed with ensuite and walk in robe. Bedroom 2: 1x Queen bed with built in robes, bunk bed and trundle. We are family friendly. A cot and a highchair are available on request. - Front and back door access along with an outdoor staircase leading to rear balcony. - Parking available for 2 cars in the driveway and off-road parking is also available. - We supply all linen , sheets , pillow slips, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, quilts, quilt covers, mattress protectors, pillows, extra blankets, tea towels, cleaning cloths, toilet paper, paper towel, hand soaps and dishwashing detergent. Please make yourself at home and enjoy your ‘Pipers’ getaway. If there is any breakage of glassware or other damage, we ask that you kindly let us know so that we are able to replace or repair it.
