Additionally, it offers a covered parking space for your convenience and a safe for your valuables. Located just 200 metres from the centre of Alcúdia, you will be close to supermarkets, restaurants and shops, with easy access to the bus station (900 m), Alcúdia's sandy beach (2 km) and the Alcanada golf course (4 km). The area is quiet and safe, ideal for families with children. Please do not book for groups of young people under 30 years old, except for families with children. Among the amenities are heating with heat pump, WiFi connection, multilingual satellite Tv (Spanish, English and German), private pool, hair dryer and covered parking in the same building. The electric kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer, in addition to all the necessary kitchenware to cook comfortably.
