Charming 4* gîte in Anjou, surrounded by horses

Philippe and I will be happy to host you, with or without your horses, at our Engenêts farm. It looks small but it has everything a big one has! It is located in the middle of nature, just 1 km from a charming village on the banks of Mayenne, near the Basses Vallées Angevines. Our cottage sleeps 6 adults plus a child and a baby. Paddock or box accommodation is possible for 4 horses. Our farm includes 2 broodmares. The space Rental of the cottage: 4 Star furnished tourist accommodation €150 per night on weekdays for a minimum of 2 nights €200 per night on weekends and public holidays with 2 nights mandatory €200 per night throughout the summer vacation period. For weekends outside of school periods, and if the house is not re-rented on the same day, checkout time is set at 3pm so you can fully enjoy your weekend. We also have a "late checkout" option that allows you to enjoy the house until 8pm on the day of your departure. This option, which is €50, is to be paid on site on the day of your arrival. + Mandatory cleaning fee: €80 Before you leave, please: - remove your sheets - put away your dishes - clean the grill - take out your garbage Horse accommodation: €25 per box per day including straw bedding, hay and water €15 in paddock per day Dogs are not allowed because of the broodmares. ​Services included: Free Wi-Fi (fiber) Linens included, beds made on arrival. In winter or off-season, you can enjoy the living room fireplace. A first fire will be ready upon arrival. For the rest of the stay, please use only condensed logs, which are cleaner and more environmentally friendly. They can now be found in all supermarkets.
