In the bathroom, which is accessible from both the living room and the bedroom, there is a shower, a sink with mirror and a toilet. The modern kitchen is well equipped (induction range, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker) and offers enough space. The bright, cozy living and dining room has a table with four chairs and a sofa with a coffee table. From the living room you can reach the gallery (tree house) via a wooden ladder, where there are two more beds. The sloping roof gives the apartment a very special atmosphere. There is also a balcony at your disposal, which is equipped with a table with four chairs and a lounge chair. Thanks to the partial roofing of the balcony (one side is south-facing, the other side is west-facing), it can also be used in bad weather. Enjoy the view of beautiful nature from here. Skis, snowboards, sleds and bicycles can be stored in the designated basement. The comprehensive services of the Melchtal Resort (indoor swimming pool, spa, fitness and sports area, Valo Arena, indoor playground for young and old, and game room) can be used for a fee. In the underground car park of the building there are two parking spaces (one behind the other) available for free use.
