The space This completely newly renovated and equipped loft apartment is located in a quiet side street in the Nonnenstraßenviertel, an absolute top residential location in Leipzig. They live right between the vibrant lifelines of the Leipzig West or South West, Karl-Heine-Straße and Könneritzstraße (the Leipziger Kö!) with its diverse offers of off- and high culture (Lofft, Theater der Jungen Welt, Muko, Schaubühne, Westwerk, Spinnerei, Schauburg, Cineding), culinary from all over the world, trendy shops and colorful nightlife. At the same time, the Clara-Zetkin-Park, just a two-minute walk away, offers peace and recreation, as well as games and sports facilities. In the enclosed living room (no walk-through room to the bathroom) is a wide sofa, which can be transformed into another comfortable 170 cm wide double bed by one hand, a dining table for four people, a 55"flat screen TV with video and media libraries, a desk and a large dresser as well as - on request - a cot. The kitchen accessible from the living room is equipped with a refrigerator, a stove, a hob, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a toaster and a kettle, as well as generously equipped with dishes and cookware. From the living room there is a spacious balcony where four people can have breakfast together comfortably at the balcony table. The large daylight bathroom with walk-in shower and designer washbasin invites you to feel good. If necessary, there is also a washing machine. In the hallway you will find a cloakroom and, if necessary, a closet with cleaning utensils (dusty clean, wipers, buckets, broom and shovel). We'll do the final cleaning. Linens, towels, hair dryer, soap, shower room, schampon, emergency toothbrush set, drying rack, iron and ironing board are available; as well as a basic kitchen equipment (coffee, tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, detergent, dish soap, dishcloths, drying cloths, dishwasher and washing machine taps) for the first days.
