My Garden Annex has a real “Home From Home” feeling. A lovely garden to sit in when the weather permits and it starts bursting into colour from mid April. Easy access with a bus stop just down the road. Lots of sight seeing by car to various National Trust properties. Cotswolds and Bath within easy distance. Stonehenge and Lacock are a must. We have various pubs to drive to for dining out. I DO NOT EXCEPT PETS The space Garden Flat, lounge/dining area, fully fitted double bedroom, 1 En-suite shower room, fully fitted kitchen, free Wi-Fi, TV/Free View, travel cot available, off road parking. My Garden Annex is a real "Home From Home". Very cosy in the Winter and lovely to sit in the sitting room which looks out onto a pretty patio seating area. I am not far from the Cotswolds and Bath is just 15 minutes by train which takes you right into the heart of the city. Lots of N/T. My Garden Annex is single story so access is great for mobility problems. There is off road parking to the front of my property. The garden Annex is accessed through a single gate to the side. It is all self-contained so you come and go as you like. Security lights all down the side of my house. I welcomed my first guest in 2007. It was refurbished 2 years ago. I provide a welcome package to start you off with. Milk, teas, coffee, bread, cereals and butter. The Garden Annex is all self-contained with it's own kitchen, double bedroom, 1 en-suite shower room and lovely sitting room. I have a folding guest bed for an extra guest but would need to be asked about this at time of booking. An extra charge is applied for an extra guest and also a one off charge for the use by booked in guests due to laundry charges and time making the bed up. Please note I cannot make the guest bed up unless told at booking. I will be here in my house so if my guests need help with anything I hope to be able to do so. I can provide washing if necessary. Free wi-fi provided No Bar b Que available now. The Garden Annex is situated on the outskirts of the Market town of Chippenham. Great train links to Bath and London. M4 easy access to and lots of National Trust properties to visit. Not forgetting Lacock just 5 miles away. Please note that my house number is 245, NOT 145. I do NOT except pets. Guest access The Garden Annex is all self-contained. Entrance into its own lounge which looks out over a pretty garden. Double fitted bedroom with 1 full en-suite big shower room. Fitted kitchen with all you need for comfortable stay as cooking appliances built in. Security lights, new electric fire, central heating and constant hot water. Please park in slot on driveway. Other things to note The Garden Annex is on one level so great for people not able to use the stairs. Off road parking especially for my guests. All linen and towels provided. Staying for a longer length of time there is a change over of bedding and towels each week. A breakfast package to start you off. Normally milk, cereals, butter, bread, teas, coffee and sugar. If any dietary requirements please ask. I have a folding guest bed that can be made up in the lounge. If any guests require the use of this bed there will be an extra charge, either per night for extra guest or a once off payment for booked in guests. Please state at time of booking or else I will not be able to make up the bed for you. NO PETS ALLOWED
