Description
Cozy seaside atmosphere for our small fisherman's house, a peaceful oasis ideally located in the pedestrian streets of Port de la Houle. You will stay 70 m from the water, a short walk from the lively harbor, its restaurants and shops, and about 100 meters from the GR34. The space 55 m2 fisherman's house located in a pedestrian alley with an interior terrace, quiet, south-facing and sheltered from the wind (which means that it can be enjoyed for a large part of the year!!) all within walking distance of the sea, the port, restaurants and shops. It consists of a first part with the kitchen, a toilet, a first staircase serving a 1 bedroom with a queen size bed (160 x 200), then another part with the living room with a connected TV and NETFLIX and a 2nd staircase which serves the bathroom and the 2nd bedroom with a queen size bed also (160 x 200). Both bedrooms are therefore far from each other. Each part has a bay window that gives access to the enclosed terrace with a table for lunch. Deckchairs, stools and a small table to relax and have an aperitif with friends are available as well as a shade sail if needed.
