Near center apartment in graz

The space The apartment is on the ground floor and has 65m ^ 2 area. It is located near the Kepler bridge at the foot of the Schlossberg in the inner city. Very centrally located, only 10 minutes walk or 5 minutes by tram to the center (main square). The main station is reachable in only 5-7 minutes by bus. Directly from the house you can walk to the castle hill and arrive in about 15 minutes at the Starcke-house. The apartment is rented exclusively and is not inhabited by me. Guest access In the apartment there are 2 large double beds, where there is sufficient space to sleep comfortably. Furthermore, a sofa bed with 2 additional beds is also there. so 6 people can comfortably sleep in the apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped, but for cooking no food is available. This must be brought along or bought. A washing machine an a dryer are there. Other things to note Parking in the streets is a bit complicated due to the parking zones in the inner city of Graz (see blue and green zones in the internet) The rent includes the bed linen, for towels I charge a small allowance extra. This is easy to pay in cash on arrival. 3 euros per person or max. 15 euros for 6 people in total. For this you get per person a large towel and a small towel provided. If this additional expense allowance is not desired, please just bring your own towels. Furthermore, a city tax of 1.5 € per night per person is to pay. Children up to 15 years do not pay city tax. Students who study in Graz for one month and persons who work at least 14 days in Graz on business, do not pay any visitor's tax. The tourist tax is to be paid in cash upon arrival.
