La Croix - 3 bed Loire Valley spacious gite

La Croix is a great base to explore many of the Loire Valley towns, chateaus and family friendly attractions. It is also a perfect place to get away from it all and relax looking over the never ending views across the sunflower and wheat fields whilst enjoying a glass of the local wine. It has lots of character but has all the modern facilities required for a great holiday. It is great for everyone and has an enclosed garden so is perfect for families with young children. The space Modern facilities in a Gite full of character. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds and a fabulous walk in rainfall shower. The perfect choice in winter for those nights by the log burner or in Summer sitting out, watching the stars and enjoying a few glasses of the local wine! The lounge is comfortable and cosy and is equipped with a large TV receiving UK TV via Sky. We have super fast Fibre wifi, a bluetooth speaker and radio & CD player. The kitchen has all the facilities you would expect as well as a dishwasher, Tassimo coffee machine, microwave and separate wine fridge. The ground floor master bedroom is a fabulous space with a king size bed and has plenty of room for a cot (which we can provide if required). So much character yet comfortable and modern. The upstairs bedrooms and shower room are spacious too - so a great base for larger families/ 3 couples who want to holiday together but also want a bit of space to themselves too. Guest access Access to the house is via a key lock box and we provide clear instructions once your booking is confirmed. Parking is alongside the fence that runs round the garden and if guests require secure storage for bicycles we can provide the key to our garage when required. Other things to note The details for the Wifi are left in the house manual which is left at La Croix as well as included in a dedicated area of our house website. The WIFI is super fast FIBRE with download speeds of 2gb/s. The TV is set up to receive UK TV via a Satellite dish. There is no local French TV reception. Prices for 7+ nights are inclusive of bed linen, however we charge extra for short breaks to cover the provision of bed linen. The price is dependent on the number of guests staying. €15 per person to a max of €70 for 6 guests. This must be left on the table when you leave. Guests can bring their own linen if preferred.
