Our Villa is spacious, luxurious and has some of the best views of the sea on the island. We are close to a swimming cove that is perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving. Pefkos is just a 5 minute drive and Lindos is about a 10 minute drive from the Villa. We have a beautiful private pool, plenty of outdoor seating and an outdoor BBQ for those that love to cook. The master bedroom has its own private patio area, perfect for viewing the stars at night. The house has been a dream come true for us. Villa Sophia is a luxury villa that was completed July 2018. It is located within 5 minutes of Pefkos and within 10 minutes of Lindos. Our Villa has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and an infinity pool. The Villa is equipped with an outdoor BBQ and 2 beautiful patio areas that are perfect for sunset viewing. Three of the bedrooms are on the lower level. Each bedroom has a sliding door that opens to the patio and pool area. There is seating located outside each patio door for a relaxing outdoor experience. The master bedroom is located on the second floor and has its own private patio area. Each bedroom has a 32-inch wall mounted Smart TV and satellite connection with over 600 channels for your viewing pleasure. We have chosen tempur-pedic mattresses with luxury linens for the perfect night sleep. Every bedroom has full size closets with drawers that are large enough to fit clothes and store your luggage. Laundry baskets are in every closet, if needed. There are three bathrooms, two on the first floor and one in the master bedroom; each with a full size walk-in shower. The villa has the most comfortable full-size couch and a love seat which provides plenty of indoor seating. The love seat has a twin pull out mattress to accommodate one additional guest. The living room is equipped with a 42-inch wall mounted Smart TV along with satellite connection. Every TV has the Netflix application that you can sign into using your own account information. We have provided a PS3 along with a large library of DVD's for your viewing pleasure. There are several PS3 games for the kids and adults to enjoy. Villa Sophia has an indoor dining room table that seats 6 along with an outdoor dining area that also seats 6. We have a large outdoor couch, chairs and coffee table for perfect outdoor experience. There are 2 lounge chairs for those sun loving people to enjoy the endless summer days. Our villa has a full kitchen including a stove top, oven, microwave and dishwasher. We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed for amateur or professional chefs. We have provided a drip coffee maker, mixer, toaster and blender. The Villa comes equipped with full set of indoor and outdoor dishes, glasses and wine glasses to accommodate large groups of friends or family. For your convenience, we have installed a washer/dryer combo for guests to utilize if needed. The villa is also equipped with Wi-Fi for your connection needs. We have provided complimentary Villa Sophia-Rhodes draw string bags for every guest in the house. In an effort to lessen our footprint on the world, we have provided bright yellow grocery bags that you are more than welcome to use for your shopping needs. We also have one insulated grocery bag that you may use to keep your cold items cold on the way back from the grocery store. We do ask that you leave the yellow grocery bags and the insulated bag for the next guest. Villa Sophia is located just outside of Pefkos. There is a small cove within walking distance that is perfect for snorkeling. If you are interested in learning to scuba dive, we are located just minutes from the local dive shop. Pefkos has wonderful restaurants, shops, and activities for the entire family. Lee Beach is only 5 minutes from the villa. There are doctors and a pharmacist located on the main street in Pefkos. We do not live in Greece but we will do our best to get back to you in a timely manner. We have a property management company that will also be available if there is an issue. We will respond by email or text asap if there is an issue. We are in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. We are close enough to town to enjoy the food and nightlife, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet of the Pefkos hillside and the stunning sea views. We suggest renting a vehicle when visiting our Villa. We are far enough away that walking might be a challenge. Please be prepared to purchase bottled water. We use water tanks to ensure we have enough water for the Villa. Drinking from the faucet is not recommended simply due to the use of tanks.
