Beautiful and quiet apartment for families or groups of adults The space The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-storey house with a courtyard and is 120 sqm. It consists of a spacious living room,independent kitchen, 2 large bedrooms and a third smaller bedroom. In the apartment there is a warehouse room, where there is an extra folding single bed (not a ranch) which can be placed in the living room. It is fully equipped (stove/oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, iron). The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, kettle,kitchenware and glass dish crockery, etc. It has central heating, and hot water 24 hours a day with a boiler and a solar water heater. Guest access Guests will have access to all areas of the home. They will also be able to make use of the outdoor BBQ on the main terrace of the house, as well as the fireplace located in the living room. Other things to note The apartment is suitable for both day trips to the mountain villages of verdant Pelion, as well as for daily excursions to the blue shores of Pagasitikos.
