The house enjoys a spectacular view of the Bastions and the Gulf of Capocaccia. Located on the 3rd floor, the apartment is very bright, equipped with every comfort, with a living/dining room with balcony overlooking the sea and a spacious kitchenette with storage room. In the sleeping area, a large bedroom with spacious closets, a second balcony and an en-suite bathroom overlooking the historic center. Second bathroom complete with shower outside the room. The space The house is on the third floor of a completely renovated building in the historic center, on the Bastions, the most characteristic part of the town of Alghero. From the living room balcony you can see only the sea and sky merging on the horizon: it feels like you're on a boat! The house consists of a living room with two single sofa beds and a table, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms, a bedroom with a double bed (and the possibility of two single beds). The house combines extreme practicality with the elegance of details. Air-conditioned area and free Wi-Fi. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Pets and smoking are not allowed inside the apartment. Other things to note The municipal accommodation tax is payable in cash for a maximum of 7 nights: the amount is €2 per night per person. Children under 12 years of age do not pay. The house is on the third floor without an elevator. The entrance to the historic center by car is regulated by the ZTL.
