House on enclosed garden 100 m from the beach

The house is contemporary (built in 2017), very pleasant, and ideally located in an enclosed space with a garden (possibility to park the car under a carport) and offering a shaded terrace. It is located in a quiet area, on a street parallel to the beach and very easy access from the main road and allows different activities without taking a car: the sea, access to the beach and water activities 100 m from the house, tennis... The space Very functional with its fitted kitchen: glass-ceramic hobs, dishwasher and bathroom with washer and dryer. Off-season rental possibility for weekends, long weekends, Christmas/New Year, Ascension, Pentecost, or more depending on your needs and availability (minimum 4 days). Optionally, you can have a SPA to relax after a long, intense day. Price €200 per week to be paid on site. Remember to ask in advance to be able to benefit from it from day one. Other things to note The plus, the house has a concierge service that will be there to ensure you have a more serene stay, we are reachable and available at all times 7 days a week. Whenever possible, we are very flexible for check-in and checkout times. Also two canoes are available with equipment for transport as well as beach games (badminton, ball, parasol...)
