Isolated property with private heated pool located 3 minutes by car from Sintra and 6 minutes from several beaches. Total space of 1000m2 and house of 220m2. Heated swimming pool (15 Apr - 15 Oct), living room with 60m2 with an open view and no buildings in front. 4 bedrooms with 9 beds, 3 bathrooms plus an entrance wc. All equiped kitchen, fiber optics, cable tv, stereo and barbecue area. All linen and towels provided. Cleaning included. The space This beautiful villa is located in the village of Galamares, 4km drive or 1,5km by walking trail to World Heritage Sintra, 5min drive to various beaches, 15 min to Estoril and 35min to down town Lisbon. It is in a quiet area and offers lots of sunlight since its facing south. It is less than 10min drive to all the major sights. The private heated swimming pool (15 Apr - 15 Oct) and the 60m2 living room enjoy a splendid clear view over the Sintra mountain and Monserrate palace which is lighted up in the evenings. It has 1000 m2 of a well cared garden with grassed areas, flowers and some pine trees. It has a relaxing wooden deck over the pool and an outdoor covered lounge area with sofas in front of the BBQ area. It has 3 bedrooms with 8 beds plus 2 baby-bed and 3,5 bathrooms. It has cable TV, stereo, table tennis and unlimited wireless fiber-optics Internet. Includes cleaning in the middle of the week and at the end of the stay. All towels and sheets included. Within a 5 minute walk there are 2 restaurants, a grocery shop, a couple of cafés, a bus stop and 100 year old tram line. Closest supermarket is 5 min by car in the village of Colares also with excellent cafés, banks, an antique market and a wine cellar. Various beaches at less than 10 min where there are many seafood restaurants and cafés. Walking path to Sintra: From the house you can walk to the historic part of Sintra by a trail. It takes about 25 minutes. There are 8 permanent adult beds + 2 baby beds. The pool is electrically heated to 26 degrees 15 Apr - 15 Oct and not the rest of the year. The pool area can be closed off to protect children. There is a tennis table always set up. Maximum number of people allowed on the grounds at any one time is 8 and only belonging to the rental group. No parties are allowed. No pets allowed Guest access The entire house is rented to the same group. The maximum number of people in the grounds, indoors and outdoors and at any time is 8.
