This Apartment is ideal for business travellers, city centre shopping, family breaks, great nightlife and Chester races. Mia's Place 02 will be professionally cleaned before each booking, with professional laundered linen and towels provided. The space The Apartment This first floor apartment has 2 double bedrooms, open plan kitchen/living area and family bathroom. Following recent feedback we are now working with a new profesional housekeeping company who prepare the apartment before each arrival to ensure a high standard of cleaning. The bedrooms comes complete with professionally laundered bed linen, wardrobes and drawers, work area/dressing table, towels, mirror and hair dryer. The living area has a sofa together with a double sofa bed should this be required. The living area will also have a large wall mounted flat screen smart TV. The kitchen area is fully fitted with microwave oven, cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine, cooking utensils, pots and pans together with plates, cutlery and glasses should you choose to cook or just have a leisurely drink. High chairs and cots are available at request. The family bathroom has both a bath with shower. The apartment also benefits from fibre optic ultra fast broadband which is truly unlimited. Entry to the property is via key code to allow flexibility for check-in and check-out. The code will be provided prior to check-in. If you require more space Mia's Place 03, 04 and 05 are also available. Location The apartment is located a short stroll from the railway station and city centre. It is also only a stone’s throw from the new flagship Waitrose store where you will be able to stock up on any essentials you require. Reserved parking is available for one car weeknights (Monday to Friday) from 5pm until 8:30am. Reserved parking is also available all day Saturday, Sunday and bank holidays. The parking space is a minutes walk from the apartment. Parking Is also available free in some of the surrounding streets and there is also a small pay and display car park close to the apartment offering free parking after 5pm and only 20p for 2 hours or £3.00 all day). Chester Race course is around a 20 minute walk from the apartment either through the city with its bustling bars, restaurants and shops or around the city walls with their picturesque views of the city’s architecture and river. This apartment is ideal for both business and leisure travels due to its proximity to the city centre. It is also only a 10 minute drive to Chester Zoo or 15 minutes to Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet village, with its many designer outlet stores, restaurants, cinema and Blue Planet Aquarium. All of these attractions are also easily accessible via public transport taking as little as 30 minutes door to door. Guest access Guests of Mia's Place 02 will have full access of the apartment. Other things to note The apartment is fully central heated. Fans are also provided. Children Welcome, travel cots and high chairs are available (please bring bedding for the travel cot if needed as this is not provided) Mia's Place 02 will be professionally cleaned and sanitised before each booking, with professional laundered linen and towels provided.
