The space Casa Manina has been entirely renovated while preserving its ancient interior heritage. Every corner of the house reflects its rich history. Guest access Guests have access to all areas of the apartment, including the living room, bedrooms, bathrooms. To reach the apartment, there is a set of stairs with a total of 13 smooth steps. The building does not have an elevator. Other things to note The apartment is owned by Ms. Ilaria Francesca Taffelli and is professionally managed by BESPOKE VENICE Srl, a specialized property management company. The Bespoke Venice team will be your dedicated hosts, welcoming you upon arrival and remaining at your disposal throughout your stay. MANDATORY PROCEDURE Before arrival, you will be asked to complete a mandatory online check-in via a link sent through the messaging thread. This procedure registers your details with the relevant authorities, such as the police and the municipality. The Bespoke Venice portal ensures full privacy and provides a secure way to submit your information, protecting against data leaks or cyber fraud. ADDITIONAL COSTS City taxes are not included in the price and must be paid upon arrival, with a formal receipt issued: €4 per night per adult and €2 per night per child (ages 10–16). For administrative reasons, payment can only be made in cash. TRANSPORT & LOGISTICS Private water taxi transfers to/from the airport, station, port, Piazzale Roma, or parking can be arranged on request. Cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before arrival or departure. ACCESSIBILITY The apartment door is located on a bridge and there are few steps to get down. There are windows directly overlooking a water canal with appropriate barriers, but, to prevent any problem, we do not recommend the property to guests with children under 12 years old.
